Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological initiatives and drive innovation in the AI and mental health space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, a deep understanding of the mental health industry, and a proven track record of leading tech teams in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute Murror’s technological vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

  • Identify opportunities for technological innovation to enhance our mental health solutions.

• Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary tech team, including software engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.

• Product Development:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven mental health products.

  • Ensure products are user-centric, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.

• Innovation & Research:

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in AI and mental health.

  • Drive research initiatives and partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Implement best practices in software development, data management, and cybersecurity.

  • Optimize technological resources to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, to integrate technology with mental health care.

  • Represent Murror in technical discussions with investors, partners, and at industry events.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI technologies, preferably in the health tech sector.

  • Strong understanding of the mental health landscape and its unique technological needs.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.

  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, big data technologies, and cybersecurity protocols.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other data protection laws.

• Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing tech teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
