Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer (Frontend) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ReactJS and NextJS.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.

  • Build dynamic, high-quality user interfaces with an emphasis on performance and usability.

  • Convert Figma designs into fully functional, reusable React components while adhering to UI/UX standards.

  • Write and maintain comprehensive tests using tools like React Testing Library, Jest, and Playwright to ensure high code quality and reliability.

  • Build and document reusable UI components in Storybook, ensuring consistency across the application.

  • Implement multi-language support using internationalization (i18n) tools, ensuring seamless user experiences across diverse regions.

  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Implement and maintain state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).

  • Ensure excellent accessibility (a11y) and adherence to modern UI/UX standards.

  • Leverage Next.js’s server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for optimal performance.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices (unit tests, code reviews, etc.).

  • Optimize application performance using techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.

  • Manage application state and interactions for complex workflows in the healthcare domain.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends.


Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Strong experience with ReactJS and NextJS.

  • Proven ability to convert Figma designs into responsive and reusable React components.

  • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

  • Experience with writing tests using tools like React Testing Library, Jest, and Playwright.

  • Proficiency in building and documenting reusable UI components with Storybook.

  • Experience with multi-language support using libraries such as react-intl, i18next, or Next.js built-in i18n.

  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, or Styled Components.

  • Deep understanding of web accessibility standards and practices.

  • Knowledge of frontend security best practices.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in healthcare-related applications or working in a similar domain.

  • Familiarity with FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability (a strong plus).

  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).

  • Exposure to design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

  • Experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
